Keto Chicken Pot Pie

Chicken Filling
1 tbsp Butter
1 lb Chicken Breast cut into 1/2 inches cubes
3 oz onion finely chopped
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ cup Heavy cream
½ tsp Onion Powder
1 cup Chicken broth
1 ½ cups green beans
1 cup broccoli chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
¾ cup Almond flour
2 tbsp Cream cheese
1 Large egg
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp basil chopped
1 tsp Garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400º Fahrenheit.

Grease a 9” baking pan.


Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt butter in the skillet.

Add onions and garlic powder, stir and add chicken.

Cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken begins to brown on all sides, but is not yet cooked throughout.

Add broccoli and green beans to the skillet. Sprinkle mixture lightly with salt and pepper, stir in broth.

Turn heat to medium-high Simmer broth, stirring occasionally until it thickens, about 18-20 minutes. At this point, you can start making the top.

Once the broth has thickened, add heavy cream. Bring mixture to a simmer. Turn heat to low. Simmer until mixture is thick and gravy-like, add this point add more salt and pepper if needed

Crusts (do this process twice to have two crusts, one for the bottom and one for the top)

Mix the mozzarella cheese and almond flour in a microwave safe bowl.

Add the cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Add the cream cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute.
Stir the mixture and then microwave again on high for 30 seconds.

Remove and add the egg and seasonings. Mix until combined.

Place the dough ball on a sheet of parchment paper and place another sheet on top.

Using a rolling pin, roll out the crust to about ¼ inch thickness.


Gently place crust dough onto the mold.

Pour chicken filling into the dish.

Gently place crust dough over the chicken filling.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes or until lightly golden.
