Keto Fluff

Ingredients:

4 Oz Cream Cheese

5 Tbsp Swerve Confectioners

1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 Cup Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips

1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

2.5 Tbsp Peanut Butter

Directions:

Whip 1/2 cup heavy cream till doubled in size and turned to whip cream. In a separate container mix 4 Oz softened cream cheese, 5 Tbsp Swerve Confectioners, 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 2.5 Tbsp Peanut Butter. Then mix with whipped cream. Fold in 1/2 Cup Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips.

Place in fridge to cool 1-2 hours, mix with fork to fluff and serve.
